Once you have a few ideas, or if you would like some further guidance regarding style and design, get in contact. You can request an appointment with one of our expert Design Consultants by completing our online form or simply visiting a store. One of our team will talk with you about your style preferences and requirements and answer any questions you have. We’ll then agree a time for your appointment - a no obligation home visit.
Our home visit gives you the opportunity to share your vision with your Design Consultant and for them to really understand your space and what you want from your new kitchen. We’ll measure up and then spend some time discussing your preferred style and layout as well as your storage requirements and will guide you through your choices. Your home visit is completely no-obligation and your Design Consultant won’t ask for your commitment to purchase, they’re only interested in fully understanding your home and your requirements. If you’d rather measure up yourself, just let us know; we’re happy to work directly from dimensions you provide us.
Bringing your ideas to life
Your Design Consultant will then create your unique kitchen design. You will be invited in-store to discuss the design, where we will work together to get it just right and make those final touches. We’ll also talk to you about the advantages of using the Wickes Installation service. If you plan to fit your kitchen yourself or already have someone lined up, we’re happy to offer you and your Installer practical advice.
Making it happen
Your Wickes Installer will be in touch about conducting a technical survey during which any works such as gas, electrics and plumbing will be discussed. A delivery and start date will then be agreed. Your Installer will lead the project with the assistance of your Design Consultant and our Customer Service Team who will be on-hand to answer any queries you have. If you’ve chosen to use your own Installer, the next step is to arrange your delivery date.
Enjoy your new kitchen
Once your Wickes Installer has completed everything to your satisfaction you will be asked to sign a completion note. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch shortly after completion to talk about your experience and then again in a few weeks for assurance that your kitchen meets your expectations.
